Ms Farrell joined the Coleman Law Firm in 2009. Her practice concentrates in real estate and construction litigation, title insurance defense and coverage. She represents lenders, property owners, title insurance companies and their insureds. Her practice includes defense of declaratory actions and coverage analysis.
Prior to joining the Coleman Law Firm, Ms. Farrell worked for nine years as in-house counsel in the Mid-West Claims Center for the Fidelity National Title Group (FNTG), Parent Company of Chicago Title, Ticor Title, Security Union, Fidelity National Title, Commonwealth and Lawyers Title. While she was with FNTG, Ms. Farrell’s responsibilities included coverage determination and resolution of title insurance claims via negotiations and/or litigation. Prior to joining Fidelity National Title Group, Ms. Farrell was in private practice for ten years where she worked in the areas of insurance defense and plaintiffs’ personal injury, medical malpractice, product liability and toxic tort litigation.
