Jerry S. Menge, born Chicago, Illinois, October 11, 1959; admitted to the bar, 1986, Illinois and U.S. District Court, Northern District of Illinois; U.S. Court of Appeals, Seventh Circuit. Education: De Paul University (B.A., with honors, 1983); Illinois Institute of Technology/Chicago-Kent College of Law (J.D., with honors, 1986). Member: Chicago, Illinois State and American Bar Associations. Member: Mundelein, Illinois Plan Commission, 1990-1992; Libertyville Planning Commission, 1998-2000.

Mr. Menge focuses his practice on litigating claims of legal malpractice, breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, insurance coverage, lender liability and related commercial torts. Mr. Menge worked as second chair to Mr. Coleman in the Marvel Engineering litigation. With respect to the Reliance litigation, Mr. Menge spearheaded the ancillary insurance coverage litigation. Mr. Menge has successfully argued before the Illinois Supreme Court, and has worked on several other successful class action and legal malpractice lawsuits.
