Kelly B.Frame born Richmond, Virginia May 24th, 1974. Education: John Marshall Law School, candidate for Juris Doctorate 2006; DePaul University, Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, magna cum laude, 2003. Member of Xi Iota Chapter of Pi Sigma Alpha: National Honor Society for Political Science.

Experience: Hamilton, Rabinovitz, & Alschuler, Inc., Research Assistant; US Senate District of Columbia, Legislative Director for Senator Paul Strauss.

During Mr. Frame’s legal studies at John Marshall, Robert F.
